Bumper car control cabinet

Bumper car control cabinets come in two types: overhead sky net bumper car and ground grid bumper cars. Overhead grid bumper cars have two output wires, positive and negative, with customizable output voltage, typically 72V, 85V, 90V, or 100V. The transformer used varies depending on the number of bumper cars; a 10kW transformer can power 10 bumper cars, and a 15kW controller can power 20. Regardless of the number of bumper cars, a single control cabinet system is used. Ground grid bumper car control cabinets have three output wires: AC 36V, 42V, 48V, and 52V, with power options including 8kW and 15kW.

The input voltage for the bumper car control cabinet is 380V, but three-phase 220V and three-phase 480V power inputs can be customized. Output voltage can also be customized as needed.
