Inflatable castles come in high-quality, standard, and low-priced varieties, primarily due to differences in raw materials and craftsmanship. The PVC fabric used in inflatable castles is a type of fabric with a silk screen inside, then double-sided adhesive laminated. Many manufacturers of this material in China offer varying weights. We use the top or second-best domestic brands, Plato and Sijia. Many other manufacturers’ fabrics lack sufficient tensile strength, easily tearing, fading, and peeling.
Inflatable castles are manufactured with two finishes: standard and high-quality. Standard fabric uses 0.45mm fabric, sewn directly on a sewing machine with double threads. The seams on the floor are taped to prevent unraveling. High-quality fabric uses 0.55mm fabric with an additional piece of fabric between the seams, eliminating visible threads and preventing unraveling.
